Summer Camp 2019

Gainesville Dance & Yoga  & Traveling Art Camp are bringing you an international experience of dance, art and culture.  Performing Arts, Visual Arts & Multimedia Arts.   

Slime Time Party!Make lots of slime & play with friends.

Arts & Crafts Too! Every week will include acrylic painting, tile art, mixed media collage art, crafting miniature houses with furniture, jewelry design, and garbage art.

Our camp allows young artists to explore different types of art forms so they may get into their very own creative zone.  UBU Camp!

We want our artists to feel free, creative, confident & happy.

Monday-Friday-8:30AM-5:30PM-$225/week-Supplies included.

Kids ages 5yr-14yr are welcome. We have sibling discount.

June 3-7: School’s Out For Summer Dance Party! Learn all the latest dances.  Your dance instructor is a young dancer who has been in music videos as a back up dancer.  She will show you all the latest dance moves and help direct you in our dance video.  You can direct, film, style, edit and/or be in the video.  Your choice. We will be editing the the video on an ipad.  Feel free to bring yours. We will also Design t-shirts, jewelry & funky hats.

July 1-5: No camp Happy Independence Day!! 

July 8-12: “Trip to Ireland” learn how to Irish dance like Riverdance! Explore the magical beauty and culture of Ireland. Create Celtic artwork, tiny fairies & tiny magical spaces.  Maybe we will find the Secret of Kells.

July 15-19: “Grammy Week” Pop-Rock-Hip Hop: learn how to be a backup dancer for the latest Grammy winners!   Make a music video too!  Hair, makeup, style & smile. You will go GAGA over this! 

July 22-26: "BROADWAY"  Learn how to nail an audition; Stage dance & movement.  Learn Costumes/Hair/ Make up & Set design.

July 29-August 2: “Latin American Week" Learn the Salsa-Bachata-Cumbia.

Let’s paint! Cuba is known for brightly colored, whimsical street art depicting daily life.    Havana  ooh Na Na!!

August 5-9: "Mixed Media and Music” FUN Hip Hop & Street Art /GART (green art). Make art using recycled and found objects
